Return Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your peptides.
Items that are opened are not eligible for refund unless they are approved based off the situation.
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact us at Hello@aiopeptides.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
Package the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
