Shipping & Returns
At AIO Peptides, we strive to ensure your orders arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed same day if order is placed before 2PM CST (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed with FedEx.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping (FedEx 2nd Day Air): 10$ – Delivery within 2 business days. (Excludes weekends)
Overnight Shipping (FedEx Standard Overnight): $80 – Delivery within 1 business days. (Excludes weekends)
Puerto Rico (USPS Priority Mail): $10 – Delivery within 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you experience any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact us at hello@aiopeptides.com
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility:
Items that are opened are not eligible for returns.
Contact us at hello@aiopeptides.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
If eligible, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Package the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@aiopeptides.com. Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, and we will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are clearly indicated on the product page.
